Magnetic Particle Examination of Aircraft Components

This NDT Procedure establishes the minimum requirements for magnetic particle (MT) examinations on ferromagnetic components conducted in accordance with the requirements of the referenced codes, standards or manufacturer’s manuals. It includes MT quality control requirements for stationary MT systems.  A review of your specifications is required to ensure that all requirements are addressed and the correct acceptance criteria is in the procedure.
