Courses: - $3600.00 per course including up to 6 sets of materials. Additional sets of classroom materials are $89.00 per student. Unless otherwise agreed, the client must furnish NDT equipment.
Expenses:
Auto Mileage: - $0.60/mile
Up to four hours travel time each way will be charged at $75.00/hour.
Meals and incidentals - $55.00 per day or the US Government established MIE rate for service area, whichever is higher.
Airfare (unrestricted, refundable, changeable coach airfare) including ticket booking fees, airport parking, taxis, shuttle services, etc.
Lodging including taxes, surcharges and parking.
Rental Car fee (including tolls, mileage and insurances)
Shipping/Copy Services/etc. charged at cost
Time and charges begin at the office of NDT-CGI or the home location of the contracted NDT Level III.
Pricing for volume work or negotiated fee for services available upon request.
Research time, travel time, report or procedure writing charged at standard hourly rate.
Materials purchased on behalf of the client will be charged to the client at costs plus 10%.
Invoices are payable upon receipt.
