NDT-CGI is now offering its Level III CARE™ service.  This service is designed to allow our clients to receive answers to their NDT questions as quickly as possible.

 

As a member of our network, you have almost instant access to our NDT Level IIIs through the internet or via telephone.  Our goal is to provide responses to your requests within 24 hours.  Our "command center" has a full-time internet connection that is monitored an average of 16 hours per day, seven days per week.  When we receive an inquiry or request, it is often immediately answered.

 

Our command center library is stocked with NDT reference materials including up to date specifications and codes.  We possess NDT procedures for many applications in many industries.  If we don't have the procedure, we can write one for you.

 

If you do not have time to give your program the attention it needs, consider joining our NDT Level III CARE™ service to ensure that your program is operating correctly and at peak performance.  Our Level IIIs have the training, expertise and credibility within the testing profession to assist you in reducing NDT program administration errors.

Shortly after signing up for our NDT Level III CARE™ service your NDT program will be fully audited by an NDT Level III.  You will receive a written report with the findings and recommendations for changes.  After your program has been updated to meet the requirements of your industry, NDT-CGI becomes your NDT Level III of record.  

 

Your costs are a fee for the audit and then a monthly nonrefundable "retainer fee" (based upon the estimated number of hours used per month).  Included in the retainer fee is an annual one-week long visit to check on the health of your program or to provide training as needed.

 

NDT Level III CARE™ subscribers also receive substantial discounts on NDT procedures, technique sheets and other NDT documents or forms.

Overall, your cost for our NDT Level III CARE™ service will be considerably lower than employing a full time NDT Level III.
