North America Fee Schedule

Effective January 1, 2008

Level III Services - $94.25/hour

Minimum Charges - 4 hours

On-site NDT courses are $3600.00 per course including up to 6 sets of materials.  Additional sets of classroom materials are $89.00 per student. 

Up to four hours travel time each way will be charged at $50.00/hour.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the client must furnish NDT equipment. 

Auto Mileage - $0.60/mile

Meals and incidentals - $55.00 per day or the US Government established MIE rate for service area, whichever is higher.

Airfare/Lodging/Rental Car/Copy Services/etc - Cost.

Time and charges begin at the Hurst, Texas office of NDT-CGI or the home location of the NDT-CGI NDT Level III.

Pricing for volume work or negotiated fee for services available upon request.

Research time, travel time, report or procedure writing charged at standard hourly rate unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.  Travel time for courses is included in the course fee.

Materials purchased on behalf of the client will be charged to the client at cost plus 10%.

Invoices are payable upon receipt.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, 50% of the estimated fee and expenses shall be paid prior to the beginning of the services.  Remainder is due upon completion of services.
